The amount of power generated by a solar panel varies depending on weather conditions, sunlight intensity, installation conditions (direction, angle, surrounding environment, temperature), and panel contamination.

1. Solar panel angle and installation location

Make sure the panel receives sufficient direct sunlight and is installed at the appropriate angle. Power generation may be significantly reduced, especially in areas with a lot of shade or clouds.

2. Check input limit

If the solar panel's input is not displayed, it may be caused by insufficient sunlight or partial shading. Please make sure there is sufficient sunlight.

3. Plug connection status

A loose plug may prevent proper connection. Please make sure the MC4 to XT60 cable is firmly inserted all the way.

4. Operating power

The portable power station consumes approximately 10W to a maximum of 25W in standby mode. Low-output power generation may cause standby consumption and charging may not proceed.To ensure sufficient charging, it is important to ensure sufficient power generation in an environment with good sunlight conditions.

5. AC charging

Please check that AC charging is working properly.If the problem persists after checking the above steps, it may be due to a manufacturing defect. In this case, please contact customer support.

No, the solar panels are water-resistant, but please note that the connector parts are not water-resistant.

While it is possible to use the SP100 and SP200 simultaneously, we do not recommend connecting them in series as they will only operate at the minimum output power. This is because connecting them in series will limit the overall output to match the lower-output solar panel. When connecting them in series, we recommend using solar panels with the same output. For example, if you connect one SP100 and one SP200 in series, you can generate a maximum of 200W.

Since the cells inside a panel are connected in series, it’s really important that all the panels — or all parts of a single panel—stay in direct sunlight. If even one part gets shaded suddenly, like from a tree or cloud, the whole solar input might drop or even be cut off completely. You might also need to check if the MPPT has triggered an overheat warning. If that’s the case, just unplug the solar panel and let the power station cool down for a bit before reconnecting.
